Pastor Joseph A. Bell operated in the in the office of Evangelist for a significant number of years, but has recently answered the Call to transition and serve as Pastor of Miracle Love Ministries in Houston, Texas. Pastor Bell was called to ministry at the age of 16. He received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and worked in many areas under the Louisiana Territory of The Church of God (Jerusalem Acres Headquarters in Cleveland, Tennessee) founded by the Late Bishop Grady R. Kent. Pastor Joseph Bell and his wife, Lady Ronda Bell, are licensed and ordained Ministers of Restoration Fellowship International (Headquarters in Cleveland, Tennessee) under the leadership of Founder and Overseer Dr. John A. Looper.
Lady Ronda T. Bell has supported and worked alongside her husband – Pastor Joseph Bell, as a Minister and Evangelist. Lady Bell is also a member of the Voice of Wisdom Evangelistic Team (and is on the Board of Directors). She is Spirit-Filled and committed to serve as a young adult under the Church of God in Christ in Nashville, Tennessee and New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to her transition to Houston, Texas, she was a member of the New Home Ministries, Family of Churches under the late Bishop and Prophet Robert C. Blakes, Sr. Lady Ronda Bell and her husband Pastor Joseph Bell are licensed and ordained Ministers of Restoration Fellowship International (Headquarters in Cleveland, Tennessee) under the leadership of Founder and Overseer Dr. John A. Looper.
